Refund Policy

​Digital Products (E-books, Guides &

Downloads)

All digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

This is because digital files cannot be returned as physical items can, and access is granted immediately upon purchase.

However, we want every customer to feel supported.

Physical Products (Creams, Aftercare Tools, etc.)

If you purchase a physical item (now or in the future), the following policy applies:

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item if:

​

  1. ✔ The item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described

​

     2. ✔ You received the wrong product

​

To be eligible:

​

  • The item must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery

​

  • It must be in the original packaging (unless damaged)

​

  • Include order receipt or proof of purchase

​

Not eligible for return:

​

  • Items that are used or worn

​

  • Items missing original tags/packaging (unless damaged in transit)

Non-returnable Physical Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened skincare products

​

  • Used aftercare tools

​

  • Items damaged through regular use

​

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your physical product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return or refund, please email us at:

  • Your order number

​

  • A photo of the damaged/incorrect item

​

  • A brief description of the issue

​​

We will acknowledge your request within two business days and provide you with a return address.

​

Once the supplier has received your returned product.


Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your bank.

5. Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely. We are not responsible for lost return parcels.
